Established in 1890, The Washington underwent renovations to safeguard its historic allure while seamlessly integrating contemporary features and amenities. This delightful three-story residence comprises eight distinct units, each boasting a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area and/or living room, as well as a washer and dryer.

The Washington presents a variety of suites, ranging from 1 bedroom to 4 bedrooms. Recline on the expansive wrap-around porch or bask in the sunlight on the three decks overlooking the lake. All units are discreetly separated, with entrances accessible from the front porch, and are open for reservation.
